Power Authority (ARPA) 35 Mega-Watt (coal burner) Power Plant w/ BOP Project Overseen construction and installations from grassroots to start up of all plant components structures equipment and piping. Required boiler and bag house assembly stress free turbine set and aligned. NDE subcontract management for chrome steam piping and BOP tie - ins. Organized and managed high volume of change orders to obtain client satisfaction.
