Human Resources:I would like to be a Technical Support Engineer in my 5 year plan and be able to lend my knowledge and support through out the industry. I am a seasoned Field Service Engineer with many certifications and extensive training. Although most of my experience is in the medical imaging field, I feel there is a relation to other electrical/mechanical/ pneumatic/hydraulic equipment. The steps required to troubleshoot, repair or perform preventative maintenance are very similar. I also have networking set-up and troubleshooting on said equipment. Thru my years, extensive travel has been required and would not be a problem now. I am a life-long Alabama resident and family man. I believe in a strong work ethic, as well as personal ethics. I work well with customers, assessing the needs and working a plan to resolve issues. I take great pride in my work. I feel I bring much to the table in the service field.
