Laboratory Electrician- Industrial electrician for CNC machines, test stands, and building maintenance. 2 years Valve Assembler- I assembled small body valves with up to 8 valve stems. 1 year Fork Truck Driver- I supported the production line. 3 months Machine Repairman- I performed maintenance on Industrial machines and did building maintenance. 1.5 years Arc Welder and Bonder Operator- I operated a robot controlled welder and two different types of NC/ CNC bonders. Approx. 2 years total Machine operator- I Ran a CNC Mazak machine, doing prove outs, making small programs, and performed troubleshooting for other operators on my shift. 1 year Electrician- After completing thirty months of apprenticeship training I was an Industrial electrician repairing CNC machines, conveyors, and other building maintenance. Approx. 11 years total Welder- I performed welding on the production line using sub-arc, gas shield wire, and duel shield wire welders. 9 months Press operator- I ran a press on the production line along with an industrial shot blaster, and a radial arm drill. 6 months La Salle Rolling Mills 1994 Technician- Performed water chemistry and metal chemistry by identifying and determining concentrations on zinc alloys. (was a penny factory for the mint.)6 months ALARA Planner and Assistant Scheduler- I Wrote and submitted RWP's and specific radiation surveys for the electrical department for Dresden Nuclear Plant. 10 months SUMMARY Over 13 years of progressive experience within the nuclear power industry. Extensive experience in radiation protection and water chemistry coupled with a background of over 21 years electrical, mechanical maintenance, operations, and machining experience in the manufacturing industry
