Seeking a position focusing on one or a combination of the following areas of interest: a)teaching American English & Culture in the context of transfer of skills & knowledge (of science, mathematics, engineering & technology, especially Information & Communication Technology) cross-culturally in bi-lingual and/or multilingual settings; b)application, operations research and development of strategic action plans to achieve the highest level of human resource potential in terms of personal and/or corporate organizational development; c)cross-cultural communication, understanding and mastery of information, knowledge and skills needed in the context of the development of good and socially-responsible global multinational corporate cultures as well as good and socially-responsible global non-profit organizational cultures through hands-on training, consulting, mentoring and coaching services; d)human resource development and empowerment through knowledge, skills & financial capability and capacity building and strengthening. I have over 30 years experience of working globally with multinational and national non-profit and for-profit organizations in and through Tertiary Educational and Sustainable Development activities in the fields of Human Resource, Organizational and Community Development. My development work focuses on areas related to transfer of technology, skills and knowledge/information between cultures and their required socioeconomic, cultural and linguistic implications and adaptations. I also conducted applied field researches, corporate culture organizational analyses, training seminars/workshops and in-house consulting activities to strengthen human resource capabilities of these organizations in Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and USA through various development projects and programs (over 32). These activities were funded by the World Bank, UNDP, Asia Development Bank, USAID, CIDA and publicly-traded multinational companies, such as CONOCO, BETZ-DEARBORN, Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold/Freeport Indonesia, and non-profit organizations, such as Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL), World Relief, World Vision, and Program for Appropriate Technology in Health (PATH).
