I am a goal orientated Food and Beverage professional with strong team leadership standards. I bring accountability, leadership and fairness to my position as Director of Food and Beverage. I thrive on guest satisfaction. I manage all aspects of food and beverage; Restaurants, Bars, Casino Outlets, Beach Bars, Catering as well as Healthcare facilities. In addition to interviewing, scheduling and payroll management on a daily basis, I deal with a surplus of issues and approach them with expertise and fairness, resulting in the best outcome for guest services as well as the finance of the establishment I represent. I mentor employees to great heights of success and help them meet their ideals, leading a team to maintain high standards of customer service. I am proficient in inventory; cost control, budgeting, and health and safety standards as well as menu development I have knowledge of union employee contracts and grievances and conduct staff meetings, and carry out disciplinary actions.
