I will be transitioning from the Arizona Army National Guard to the Retired Ready Reserves as of January 30th, 2013. As a Sergeant First Class Operation/Readiness Sergeant with the 856th Military Police Company after 22 years service. My background and experience as a Military Police and a Readiness Sergeant. Most recently while working with the 856th Military Police (MP) Company I am a Sergeant First Class in charge of MP Operations and Administration Operations. I supervised and organized training for 167 Soldiers. Updated and maintained personal records, Coordinate and schedule Soldiers for military schools to include transportation, lodging, and input request for orders, Advised and unformed Senior Leadership on the Unit Training and Readiness. During my tenure I also received the following awards; T Army Commendation Medal, 3 Army Achievement Medals and 6 Good Conduct Medals
