I am interested in Director of Finance Complex/Controller position. I believe that based on my progressively successful years of experience in the hotel industry I would be a valuable addition to any company. Currently, I possess extensive experience as Regional Director of Finance/Regional Controller in both domestic and international hospitality industry finance management. My background includes a very strong track record of incorporating winning strategies for financial operations. Specifically, my vast accounting experience involves acquisitions, due diligence, sales & disposition, proration’s, receiver properties management, obtaining government tax credits, secure stimulus money at local, state and federal level, recovering over payments and identifying new financial resources that recapture lost revenues cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, as well as overseeing multiple hotels’ financial operations of USA portfolio, cost management, capital improvement, accounts receivable, balance sheet and general ledger maintenance, establishing standard policy & procedures and coordinating internal and external audits.
