- • Manager of Third Party Vendor Contracts & Service Level Agreements. Having worked with various vendors such as Dell, IBM, Lenovo, AT&T, Xerox and HP to name a few, I have developed skills in negotiating contracts, and very effective at developing an RFP.
• Manager of day to day infrastructure, VOIP and End User support. In using the ITILv3 framework, I trained, coached, and mentored our customer facing staff to ensure the highest level of efficiency when delivering support to the customer (including and specific to the executive community). I also spent adequate time reviewing KPI reports to measure vendor performance, in order to determine if SLA’s and OLA’s agreed upon were being met.
• Manager for developing and/or enhancing policies and procedures to help achieve higher customer satisfaction by way of continuous improvement initiatives. I also created customer surveys for purposes of further gathering data of customer satisfaction.
• Manager for Infrastructure Procurement & Asset Management including tracking and monitoring of all IT assets. I worked with the Procurement vendor to create a portal where users could order peripheral devices from, while allowing us to monitor and track spend and use of equipment.
• Budget Manager for making Capital expenditure purchases such as Servers, SAN’s, PC’s, etc. as well as responsible for Operating expenditures such as reoccurring monthly expenses (Data\Voice services) and Vendor services, a combined budget total in excess of 1 million dollars.
• Sole IT Project Manager providing project proposals, project timeline assessments and communication of project status to upper management and the business. Such projects included Data Center migrations, Video Conferencing, VOIP, Virtualization of Data Centers, and PC image refreshes to name a few.
