Over 20 years’ experience as a results-oriented Medicaid Health Plan manager with expert knowledge in program operations focused on Medicare and Medicaid quality and cost-effective solutions. Main area of expertise has primary focus on Provider Intergrity, Fraud and Abuse, performing Project Management role, coordinating and organizing auditing of the state of California Medi-Cal processes and procedures for multiple audits including, the Bureau of State Audits (BSA) and Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM) to ensure federal compliance.
