I have owned two Busineses in the Landscaping atmosphere but before that I have spent 25plus years in the uperend restaurant industry. I am a Seafood Specialist as well as a Meat Cutter, I have my Managers Food Handling Certification Good for 5yrs or until 2019. Certification number is on the resume. While I was work the companies I owned I did work with a few friends in their Restaurants so I really never left the seen.
