Duties: Daily operations, Training, Scheduling of drivers, maintaining fuel inventories at company owned stores, maintaining all equipment, assuring drivers in D.O.T. compliance, Transloading operations, including all inspections and reports filled as required, releasing of said rail cars and the scheduling of other drivers to work shifts during high volume times. I would also transport new equipment to other startups throughout the U.S. In fall 2006, I was asked to start up the east coast dispatch and rolled out Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee, dispatching over 200 loads per day, taking 200+ incoming calls daily, making 100+ outgoing calls to secure outside carrier help etc. as well as communicating via Nextel and Cadec onboard computer system.
