15+ Networks Voice Engineer with in-depth experience in Incident Problem and Change
As an IT professional working for a Global Service Operations Team with15+ years of Network Engineer in-depth experience with concentration in Voice. I've transitioned to IT Service Management and now a Senior Manager in Major Incident and Problem Management supporting different platforms (e.g. Voice, Data, Storage, Collaborative Technologies, Windows, and UNIX). The role is based upon the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) structure. As a Major Incident Manager, I am highly organized and detailed while managing the Global Operations Team. In addition to being a Team leader, I'm also a team player who provides a practical framework, identifying, planning and supporting IT services for business. In addition to the role is Problem Management where I focus on providing technical solutions in efforts to prevent repeating incidents and provide cost savings resulting from recurring incidents and problems. Attending to people and listening to their concerns so that we may work out a solution is natural to me. My experiences have taught me that for any business or organization to thrive, it must always maintain an open and active line of communication with its patrons.
