Description
Provide client account support for Inside Sales Team centered around new IT purchases of hardware, software and technical service offerings. Utilize online tools of CNET, MAS 200, Ariba and distributor websites to formulate competitive quotes, place new order requests, monitor orders placed for fulfillment, tracking of scheduled deliveries and alert of any back order delays. Monitor accounts for financial diligence, outstanding sales team billing to recoup and any client account delinquency. Assess activities toward established Service Level Agreements while initiating process improvements toward engineered work flows internally or with partners.
