Technical Communicator

I am a results-oriented individual who has successfully performed as a Technical Communicator, Corporate Trainer, Technical Writer, Business and Systems Analyst. I have the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers of diverse backgrounds, thought processes and management levels, to fulfill business needs. I have worked with subject matter experts to extract information to develop various user training materials, user guides, quick reference guides, process guides, and classroom training syllabuses for two SAP implementations, one Oracle 11i implementation, and several operation systems for various companies. I have also worked with IT developers and operation personnel to create business requirements and standard operating procedures. I am a creative, organized, customer service professional who is highly motivated with attention to detail and able to develop and effectively present various types of documentation. I am an excellent team player with a strong work ethic dedicated to ensuring a quality product that meets the needs of the client. I have been an active team member of several call centers of various sizes taking and resolving support calls and escalating system problems when required. Training and customer support is my forte.
