Description
Developed an on-line behavior rating and tracking system to monitor student behavior by intensity and frequency * Provide support to SED & general education staff with reinforcement systems * Provide teachers with behavioral intervention strategies related to general education and special education * Consults regularly with the school-based Family Preservation program on student counseling needs & progress * Responds to referrals from school-site staff to provide direct intervention for student behavior management * Routinely meet with students in groups and 1:1 to address emotional and behavior issues and concerns * Maintain detailed records of every student contact as well as parent teacher and agency consultations Routinely screened referrals & conducted individual psychological evaluations * Engaged in school-wide needs assessment & developed a counseling service for severely emotionally disturbed learning disabled autistic & intellectually challenged children adolescents & young adults *
