QUALIFICATIONS: Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities consisted of managing and supervising maintenance for Facilities and Production. Oversaw and maintained records for ISO 9002 procedure standards, including but not limited to: PM of equipment, lock out tag out, (NFPA 70E) in addition to new and used equipment start-up. Maintained records and oversaw fire inspections of all extinguishers, sprinklers systems P.I.V valves, risers, fire pump, emergency generator, boilers, and facility security systems. Worked closely with local fire Marshal, insurance companies and environmental consultants to ensure compliance to all regulations and codes. Successful balanced conflicting priorities between Operating/Asset teams to achieve business objectives, assessing requirements, resources, schedules, and skill sets. Responsible for rebuilding and restocking of critical spare parts, and including daily production meetings, also lift truck operator training and licensing. Ability to read and work from mechanical, electrical hydraulic and pneumatic drawings as well as technical manuals. Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Outlook.
