Qualifications Profile * Strong mechanical background. * Owned and helped construct and build a stock car for 15 years. * Experience in construction operation, estimating costs, personnel management, business development and customer satisfaction. * Familiar with DOT standards. * Proficient in reading blue prints and detailed drawings and use a scale to reference points on prints. * Experience in installing water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer in public and private sector. * Experience in shooting grades and benchmarks for cuts, fills, and manholes for elevation above sea level. * Background in diverse projects covering all facets of construction including materials, cost estimating, crew supervision and work scheduling million dollar+ jobs. * Effectively define, develop and manage operations to boost productivity and efficiency. * Experience in shoring, pile driving and jack and bore. * Proficient in estimating costs for winning bids and completing projects on schedule and on budget. * Lead multiple crews of 25+. * Highly effective communication skills with city engineers, architect, suppliers, and landowners.
