In order to develop novel therapeutic strategies for cancer treatments and or to gain more information on developing cancer vaccine design; my specific objectives are focus on understanding: first; the multiple cell types contributing to the immunosuppressive tumour microenvironment and second the molecular and genetic events as well as signaling factors, gene’s variations/regulation and mutation leading to chromosomal instability and to cancer formation and progression.
