(aspiring) High pressure boiler operator

My goal is to gain the 100hrs Im lacking in order to take the high pressure boiler operators exam . My primary goal at the moment is to gain employment where I will eventually work as high or low pressure boiler operator . This will enable the people who hire me to shape and mold me into the operator they want me too be. I have recently completed 75hr. high-low pressure boiler operators course and have 900hr in boiler room from a previous job. If hired I will be able to have the boiler operator license within 6-9 months . After that I would expect to be in a supervisory position within 4-5 years .
