Description
For the past seven years I have worked for Northeastern State University as Administrative Assistant to the Chair for the Psychology & Counseling department. I have assisted three chairs. I love working with students and faculty as well as University Administration. I spent 24 years in the greater Seattle area working in the electrical industry, selling to contractors and later selling and supporting distributors. When I left the west side of Washington for the east side, I found that positions like the ones I had been working did not exist and decided to change career fields. I chose distance learning with Paralegal Institute but before I finished the paralegal program I went to work for an attorney and received invaluable experience. I then went to work for the county Superior Court Clerks office and learned even more about the legal system.
