I have over 40 years experience in the construction industry over all. I have a strong awareness of the specific needs of a client during construction activities. Project Experience  Market Street at Heath Brook Ocala, Florida Bovis Lend Lease is currently providing construction services for Market Street at Heath Brook in Ocala, Florida. Market Street is a retail project which is organized in two formats the first of which being “big-box” and the second half being strip of retail stores. The project totals 400,000 sf and has an estimated construction value of $54 million. Completed in November 2008.  Shops @ Coconut Point Estero, Florida Over 1.1 million sf mixed-use project on a 173-acre site. The project had several distinct elements. The first was a Community Center component that is 300,000 sf of Big Box tenants including Best Buy, Office Max, PetsMart, Sports Authority, TJ Max, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, DSW, Pier One, Ulta, Party City and Cost Plus World Market. The project will have about 12-acres of lakes. There will be a central lake surrounded by shops and restaurants, with a footbridge across the lake and seawall type bulkheads. To the south of the Community Center and Lake Shops is a Town Center area that will consist of a main street with retail shops on either side of the street. The street will be heavily articulated with landscaping and hardscapes. The Town Center shops total 385,000 sf. Three of the buildings had three stories of residential space over retail shops and three of the buildings have 2nd floor office space over retail. There were two major anchor stores and one cinema on the site as well. The project included extensive infrastructure work with two sewage lift stations and miles of underground wet and dry utilities. Site work started in July 2004 and was completed in November 2006. Cost: $68 million.  Athens Regional Medical Center — Outpatient Surgery Center Athens, Georgia Bovis Lend Lease was selected to provide Construction Management services for two projects, totaling $3.2 million, at the Athens Regional Medical Center – Outpatient Surgery Center in Athens, Georgia. Project scope of the Renovations and Additions project includes approximately 10,661 square feet and the Cooling Upgrades project consists of approximately 3,571 square feet. Renovations and Additions included adding to the existing Outpatient Surgery Center, adequate space for two new operating rooms, and the recovery beds necessary to meet new code requirements. The existing recovery room was renovated in a phased manner, becoming part of the new recovery room. This work included a new ceiling configuration, removal of a portion of the existing clerestory in each room, and other work to accommodate the mechanical upgrades. The project included the addition of clean storage and construction of an elevator and spiral stair. The Cooling Upgrades project included a new air-handling unit, chiller, medical gas storage room with new manifolds and other MEP systems. The projects were completed in October of 2004  AmeriCredit Chandler, Arizona The AmeriCredit Call Center is a three-story, 157,000 sf office building with a + 50,000 sf footprint. The building has a tilt-up panel façade and a structural steel skeleton. In addition to the shell, construction included surface parking for 1,200-cars and interior lobby finishes. This is the tenth project that Bovis Lend Lease has constructed for ADEVCO. Cost: $10.4 million. Completed: March 2003.  Odessa Medical Center Odessa, Texas A 300,000 sf medical center. The project consisted of remodeling floors 1 through 7 and adding floors 8 and 9 to the existing hospital. A new ER facility was constructed and floors 3 and 4, CCU, were built on top of the existing ICU facility. Two-stories were constructed for office and lab support. A new utility tunnel was constructed below grade to the existing central plant. Cost: $21million.  ABB Richmond Office Building Richmond, Virginia A four-story, 100,000 sf suburban office building with a curtainwall / window and brick enclosure. The project is the high-tech headquarters for the engineering division of ABB and included many cutting-edge technology enhancements including computer flooring and sophisticated electrical and energy management systems. The ABB project faced many obstacles that included enduring two hurricanes and an ice and snowstorm in the fall and winter of 1999 respectively while attempting to erect steel and lay brick. Through it all, the entire project was a success. The project also included many aspects of fast-track construction due to the addition of tenant construction late in the project. This is the ninth project Bovis Lend Lease has constructed for the client, ADEVCO. Cost: $8.2 million. Completed: June 2000.  One Deerwood Jacksonville, Florida One Deerwood, the tallest building in Deerwood Park, was designed to portray elegance and stability of Jacksonville’s suburban skyline. This six-story, 169,000 sf, Class-A office building, incorporates the warmth of traditional character together with a contemporary Northeast Floridian influence. The classical lines combine with clean, pure and streamlined detailing to produce a sophisticated office building of timeless proportions. Bovis Lend Lease and the architect worked together on systems analysis and value engineering of the exterior skin, curtain wall and glass systems. The result was enhanced appearance of the project due to increased quality of precast. The project budget was maintained through the process. A target budget was established for the interiors packaged with Bovis Lend Lease working with the architect to design within that budget. Bovis Lend Lease also completed $3 Million of tenant construction for Metris, within budget and on schedule. This building was another successful project for our client, ADEVCO. Cost: $11.8 million. Completed: May 1999.  Crescent at Primera Orlando, Florida The six-story office building, one of a development of seven, contains 157,000 gross sf. The exterior skin is aggregate precast with Carnelian granite, and curtainwall. Cost: $9.1 million. Completed: 1997.  BAPCO Office Building Jacksonville, Florida BAPCO Office Building is a 98,500 sf, four-story office building that was successfully completed within a very aggressive schedule for ADEVCO. BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Company is a major tenant of the building. Cost: $6 million. Completed: 1996.  IBM Centre Kingsport, Tennessee 14,844 sf, one-story office building for ADEVCO. Building has reddish/purple precast with black anodized aluminum mullions and green tinted glass. Tube steel columns and bar joist construction. Tenant is IBM and includes data/voice and security systems. HVAC system is package roof top units with VAV & PIV boxes. Project included a loading dock. Cost: $1.2 million. Completed: January 1994.  Seven Rivers Community Hospital —Addition Crystal River, Florida 17,000 sf addition and 5,450 sf renovation to existing hospital, with mechanical penthouse. Included ten ICU rooms, three new OR’s and ten recovery beds. Also included renovation of six CCU rooms, one OR and recovery rooms. Cost: $3.4 million. Completed: September 1994.  IBM Centre Jacksonville, Florida IBM Centre is an 85,000 sf office building for ADEVCO. The IBM Centre’s facade is gray, two-tone architectural precast panels with blue tinted and reflective glass. The first two levels have column covers and spandrels around three sides to achieve a punched opening look. The building has a two-story front entrance. Interior finishes include planters, paint, wall covering, stained wood and porcelain paver flooring. The building was completed on schedule in 37 weeks. Cost: $5.2 million. Completed: 1993.  The IBM Building Greenville, North Carolina Two-story, 35,700 sf office building including 21,000 sf of tenant upfit for ADEVCO. Exterior is a two-color gray brick with a curtainwall/brick arch over front and rear entries. Curtainwall system is satin and Dizco aluminum finish. Cost: $2.4 million. Completed: March 1991.  Towermarc Office Building Jacksonville, Florida 58,052 sf, three-story office building which features a lake with three waterspouts and a brick paver patio. The building’s major tenant is Aetna Insurance. Cost: $3.1 million. Completed: 1991.  Baltimore Row Office Building Atlanta, Georgia 134,000 sf new construction of a five-story office building with built-up roof, concrete frame with structural steel, brick veneer. Renovation of 104-year-old rowhouse and new construction of office/residential townhouses. Design-build, 202-space parking deck on adjacent track. Cost: $6.2 million. Completed: September 1989.  Augusta Corporate Centre Office Building #200 Augusta, Georgia 84,000 sf, four-story office building. Included 52,000 sf of tenant upfit for The Travelers Insurance Company. Located on a four-acre suburban site, this speculative office building offers tenants approximately 20,000 leasable sf per floor. It has a spread footing foundation, steel structural system and a brick masonry and glass curtianwall exterior. The roof system is EPMD membrane with ballast. Front and back entrances are enhanced with brick pavers, while Vermont slate flooring is used throughout the fully-sprinkled building. Acoustical panels line the lobby walls. A distinguishing feature for Augusta Corporate Centre is its two-story glass storefront system on the inside walls of the lobby. Cost: $4 million. Completed: July 1990, ahead of schedule.  Clark College Renovation Atlanta, Georgia Renovation to student dormitories. Interior drywall, patching, paint, and floor covering. New roof. Cost: $789,296. Completed: September 1988.  Columbia Mills Restoration/Renovation South Carolina State Museum Columbia, South Carolina Originally a 365,000 sf cotton mill, the building completed its $18 million restoration in 1986. The exterior was restored to its original look including installation of140 custom windows. Interior restoration and renovation included structural upgrades to visibly reflect the cleaned original structure left exposed, the addition of two elevators and complete mechanical and electrical systems.  Montevista Center Hospital Las Vegas, Nevada 80-bed new facility with 48,190 sf. Cost: $5.1 million. Completed: May 1985.  Marlboro Park Hospital Bennettsville, South Carolina 111-bed new facility with 72,206 sf. Cost: $5.7 million. Completed: September 1984.  L. W. Blake Memorial Hospital Bradenton, Florida Renovation and five-story new addition. Phase II. Cost: $7.3 million. 39,360 sf new and 42,000 sf renovation. Phase I. Cost: $3.7 million. Completed: August 1983.  Chesterfield County Hospital Cheraw, South Carolina 63,891 sf new facility containing 72-beds on two floors. Cost: $4.6 million. Completed: 1982.  University Hospital Augusta, Georgia  MRI — 4,980 sf, single-story magnetic resonance imaging facility. Concrete frame structure with synthetic plaster veneer. Cath Lab and emergency room vestibule also located in this building. Cost: $947,489.  Cardiac Cath/ER — 6,831 sf renovation of the emergency room and cardiac/cath room. Single-story concrete frame structure with synthetic plaster veneer. MRI also housed in this location. Cost: $683,996.  Energy Plant — 16,000 sf, two-story upgrade/expansion of the energy plant. Site demolition, relocation of underground utilities. Interior work primarily mechanical/electrical.  Georgia Baptist North — Cardiac Cath Lab Atlanta, Georgia 7,000 sf interior remodel including cardiac cath lab, dark room, recovery room and support space. Cost: $463,582.  Egleston Children’s Health Center Atlanta, Georgia Three-story, 60,000 sf addition. Cost: $276,498.
