Wichita, Ks. 6722 316-686-7891 316-992-2336 Education high school diploma, Central high school graduate 1974 Enlisted in the United states Air Force june 24, 1974 discharged from the U.S. Air Force June 10, 1977 Enlisted in the U.S. Navy June 18th 1977 while in the U.S. Air Force, I cmpleted tech. school as a aircraft hydraulic repairman. Upon entering the U.S. Navy, I was assigned directly to a permanent duty station, Naval Air Station Moffett Field Ca. !978, I earned the Rank of E-4 (AMH3) I applied for and recieved permission to attend flight engineer school for the P-3 Aircraft. I completed flight engineer training in July 1979 and returned to my squadron. (VP-47) From July, 1979 to March 1983 I attained over 2000 hrs flight time, whle assigned at Moffett, and making 4 to 6 month deployments to Adak Alaska, Kadena AFB okinawa, and misawa Japan. March of 1983 I transferred to shore duty to NAS Alameda, Ca. where i served as a test flight engineer at the naval air rework facility at Alameda. 1985, I transferred to NAS cecil field Fl. VS31, where i was assigned as the work center supervisor (w/c 120, airframes) for the S-3 aircraft. after being assigned to VS-31 i attended and completed flight control and landing system school for the S-3 aircraft, and completed the course number ! in the class of 15. March 1988, I discharged from the Navy After getting married and starting a family. March, 1988 I was hired at Grumman aircraft, in St. Augistine Fl ., as a Final assembler doing rework on the A-6 Aircraft. May of 1989 was hired by boeing aircraft in Everett Washington, as a preflight and delivery mechanic. Im 1990 after a lengthy strikei was issued a 60 day subject to layoff notice. after a 30 day period of this time boeing offered me the opportunity and i accepted the opportunity to come to wichita, KS. to assist in the completion of Air Force One. I was at this assgnment for 5 months during which time i had applied for employ with what was then raytheon aircraft (hawker beechcraft). I started employment with raytheon, June 18th, 1990, until may 23rd, 2012. at which time i was laid off due to reduction in force. while employed at raytheon, I inially was hiredas a final line assembler, installing landing gear on the CJ90, the 200b and the King air 300. Febuary 1990 i was transferred to the Beechjet 400 where i installed fuel systems plumbing and bladders until november 1997, at which time I tested for and recieved a position as a quality contro inspector. 2007, I was offerd the position as crew chief in QA, and held this position on various lines until 2009 at which time the deciosion was mas made that crew chiefs, production, qa, and other area's were no longer needed. I have held the position as a grade 2 inspectorr up to the time i was laid off this past may.
