With over 20 years in the housing industry in the Hampton Roads area I have a wealth of knowledge and resources to assist in the evaluation and documentation of distressed properties in the area. As the owner I have been involved in the purchase rehabilitation and sale of single family homes, commercial and multifamily properties. I have worked closely with my contractors to establish accurate budgetary numbers which has enabled my company Real Estate Experts to the Rescue to prosper. I am a hand’s on owner who has gained my knowledge through hard work and being strategic on property purchases based on my real estate experience. As an owner I also obtained my real estate license 10 years ago and have built a client base for re-sales in addition to my foreclosure and contracting businesses. I am a certified minority and woman SWAM owned business in Virginia and hold accreditations with CDPE, (Certified Distressed Property Expert) NAR, (National Association of Realtors), VAR, (Virginia Association of Realtors), and HRRA, (Hampton Roads Realtors Association). Rounding out my residential knowledge is my Associates Degree in paralegal studies which provides additional abilities to utilize the legal systems in my business activities.
