Identified an alternate and proficient way to creatively respond to financial labor budget by identifying poor performers and reorganizing an ineffective internal process that was obstructing effective productivity. Maximized a structured cross training program in all departments to reduce wasted time and inefficient productivity. RESULT: Expedited internal labor cost and reduced turnaround time, which ultimately cut financial budget by 2%, increasing sales by 6%. Developed, coached and trained 134 associates on new store operation policies, identifying and updating employees' roles and responsibilities.
