My aim is to inspire my colleagues and students to become learned-learners in their field. I want to foster a passion for academics by being a dynamic leader, instructor and student focused. I believe my student’s deserve the very best leadership and learning experience possible. I believe my academic success is when the students’ are being engaged in classroom discussions and cultivating their emotional intelligence through critical thinking. In addition, redesigning instruction and placing critical thinking at the heart of teaching and learning to achieve their academic goals. As a passionate academic leader, it is especially rewarding to observe students engaged in critical and analytical discussions with their faculty, which result in independent thinking. Provide pedagogy/andragogy instructional approach to teaching, coupled with real life professional experience. I believe our aim toward modern democracy of education is to inspire the mind for freedom of independent effectiveness in the classroom. In addition, continue to engage in scholarly research, collecting empirical data and creative activity (i.e., articles & manuscript) which results in publishing. These significant events inspired me to continue being an educator. My vision is to have in place an academic system that is instructional and educational driven in a leadership centered-learning environment that enriches and engages learners nationally.
