I am a seasoned and innovative professional, equipped with more than 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. Capable of handling large-scale diversified projects; complemented with project management and supervisory skills to ensure bottom-line results in budgeting, performance evaluation, design build, and value engineering. Armed with solid communication and analytical skills, keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to complete tasks in a professional and efficient manner. Offering broad and updated knowledge of policies, procedures, safety regulations, materials, equipment and supplies related to construction, operation, and maintenance. Highly regarded for outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments; as well as maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in building long-term relationships.
