QUALIFICATIONS Currently ASNT Level III in Visual, Radiography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant, certification No. 31662. Proficient with many industry codes and standards, including: * ASME Sections I, III, V, VIII and XI * NAVSEA * Military Standards * AWS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS PT, with extensive supervisory experience including scheduling personnel and work flow customer relations liaison for customer and regulatory audits and training and certification of NDT personnel. An effective communicator, leader and problem solver who builds teamwork and possesses the drive to surpass goals. A self-starter capable of working in a fast paced team environment. NDT Instructor - Part Time Instructor in several NDT methods at Cuyahoga Community Collage. Magnetic Particle inspection - Product experience includes castings, forgings, welds, and bolt products, using several different methods including wet horizontal units, multi-directional units, large portable machines, and hand held prods and yokes. Liquid Penetrant Inspection - Experienced with fluorescent and visible dye, solvent removable, water washable, hydrophilic, and lipophilic methods on several different product forms. Ultrasonic Inspection - Contact shear wave weld inspection, and immersion experience on large forged bar stock. Specialized crack detection and sizing training. Developed specialized inspection techniques and procedures to meet customers' requirements. Radiographic Inspection - Extensive gamma and x-ray experience on a large range of product forms, including high-energy x-ray, including extensive radiographic interpretation of welds and castings. Experienced with digital radiography (CR) with classroom training in both CR and DR techniques. Radiation Safety Officer, ASNT IRRP. Visual Inspection - Previously certified AWS CWI, current ASNT VT Level 3, extensive visual weld examination experience. UT and RT certified both ASNT and NAS 410 Quality Monitor Radiation Safety Officer gamma and x-ray. Achieved NADCAP accreditation.
