As a manager, work with staff, teaching the art of water treatment & have trained all depts (WWTP, WD, WW coll, & WTP)for the city & all are now fully certified. I also take care of the safety training for the city. With technology being so advanced & having been in the field for 34 years, I've worked with the new technology & have employed it so that plant is fully upgraded.
