While as a student at Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing – Surgical Technologist Program, I completed over 250 surgical procedures in the first scrub role in the following specialties: General Surgery, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, ENT, Peripheral Vascular, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Endoscopic, Genitourinary, Oral and Maxillofacial, Cardiothoracic, Hand Surgery and Neurosurgical. I am a highly motivated, energetic, flexible, professional individual that is detailed orientated, with strict attention to aseptic technique. I am able to work well under pressure and maintain critical thinking skills essential to providing safe and competent care while anticipating the needs of the surgical team members.
