Customer service/Tech support
Call Center operations (inbound and outbound) over 200 per day. Experience in twenty four hour crisis call center. Referrals when necessary. Through investigation of issue/issues at hand, follow up on all calls to make sure that the issues didn’t arise again and were resolved (Very important in providing excellent customer service). Experience in Trouble Shooting via Email as well as creating Service tags. Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems, (Including Word, Excel, Power Point, FrontPage and Access), Experience in using the Sugar program to create service tags, and 1-800 Phone lines. Very Precise Documentation lest needed for court.
