Summary: I am a resourceful call center supervisor with more than eleven and a half years experience assisting in the operation of a large telephone switchboard and performing related clerical duties routing all incoming and outgoing telephone calls placed through the switchboard. I am a friendly, loyal and clearly dedicated individual who has an ambition to succeed in any given environment. Although I have extensive experience as a Switchboard Operator in the Medical industry I am eager to learn and I am always up to a challenge.
