I retired from the military (Army) after 20 plus years of service, right now I’m currently working as Crew Specialist shop lead in Afghanistan responsible for the accountability of personnel and property as well as setting priorities of work, training of all FSRs on multiple MRAP variation installation and troubleshooting procedures of these vehicles. Some of my core abilities and skills include:  Nearly 15 years experience with training soldiers in the U.S. Army.  Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel spread sheets, Power point slides  Effective trainer with proven success in motivating teams to achieve excellence.  Meticulous record keeper, ensuring accuracy in document intensive environments.  Strong planner and organizer able to balance demanding workloads in deadline driven environments.
