• While accepting bids, I have reviewed and negotiated with all contractors to be equal in there bidding, breaking down to unit pricing, products, and specifications. • Act as liaison between Subcontractors, Suppliers, Project Management and Architects/Owners. • Create and maintain a cooperative business environment, maintaining daily logs, progress pictures, records, and files efficiently. • Supervising construction and quality control by forecasting construction requirements, and controlling material quality. • Perform site inspections to ensure quality control, conformance with contract specifiations, safety and or approve installations for management practices. I have worked in private and public works projects as a Project Manager, Superintendent, and Estimator. My background also has years of experience working with Commercial and Residential projects.
