I typically staff the projects that I am entrusted to manage. I have a large Data Base of Inspectors, from Utility, Environmental, Coating, Welding, Assistant Chief, Chief and Senior Chief Inspectors that I like to use because they have proven their craft on multiple projects that I have managed.
