I Enjoy being a leader; I work well with others, work well under pressure or deadlines, and deal well in stressful situations. But, at the same time, I do not mind being a follower. I have learned a whole lot throughout my professional and personal life from being a follower, in fact, and to some degree, the primary foundation of most everything I know with regards to business was first acquired being a follower. I also ENJOY being a member of a TEAM, whereas, one teammate advocates for THE other teammates, and vice versa; kind of like the Secret Service, “you got each other’s back.” I consider myself confident and caring regardless of what roll I am in. In addition to leading and following, I also enjoy sharing with others, some of what I’ve learned; lastly, I look forward to any and all opportunities that may be afforded to me to continue my desire for continued learning and knowledge! .
