Responsibilities
I was the Closing Consessions cook at Red Rocks Ampatheater and I along with 1 other, was in charge of preping and prepairing all food that was consumed from consession stands durring concert performances. At other venues like Denver Colocium and at Coors Ampatheater was a supervisor for the concession stands and for the VIP Servers durring Concert Performances, my duties were to make sure the patrins were happy and well served. I delt with and had the athority to fix situations that occured or to comp meals and or drinks if it were needed. I was also in charge of making sure that stand counts matched with ending Income. Including food and Liquor.
