Worked with local and small business in Los Angeles help them with production, pattern-making 1st thru production, communicating & follow up with samples thru production. Review tech pack, samples & approving. Attend fittings and check measurements and pattern pcs. Correct the tech pack and send up dated tech sheets and comments to vendor/contractor domestic and international. Managed domestic production. Negotiate price & schedule with vendor and contractors. Review salesman samples and T.O.P, screen-prints, embellishment, trims with vendor prior to production. Generate BOM in Aims. Purchases Fabrics and trims. Work with privet labels. Evaluate prototypes, pre-production and production samples ensuring conformity to specs and resolving quality’s issues and send up date to vendor. Handling (PPS) Pre-Production Sample, BOM, spec, trim sheet and fabric swatch, and shipped to overseas QA team. Follow up with Vendor by traveling, phone and communicate with overseas teams as well as internal teams. Coordinate with overseas quality team and venders by traveling and communicate by email and phone. Work with technical design, fit and development team. Travel Domestic & International to S. Korea, China, Vietnam, Peru, El Salvador, Mexico, and Canada.
