RssAircraft Rigging Assembler

I’m currently the Materials Coordinator of Riddell’s Tijuana (Easton Bell Sport Division). My primary responsibilities are the coordination of the Chin Strap’s source and the equipment for all the school’s contracts that Riddell’s sales reps forward to Tijuana. I’m the project leader of the brands delivered to Wal-Mart, Sports Authority & Academy, coordinating their requirements (Shipments, tools modifications, BOM, sourcing). Prior to this industry, I was working with FOXCONN (Formally Sony) where I was a sourcing specialist in charge of metals. I used to work together with the US & the Japanese Design Center to find a source and request quotations based on Japan’s projects and prototype samples. The department was in charge of implementing new raw material specs, tooling schedule, payments and first lot coordination. I was in charge of raw material steel allocation based on strategy, thickness and cost. One of my biggest contributions to this company was implementing a cost savings plan of $800,000 USD in the fiscal year, by changing a radiation sheet material (polycarbonate sheet that avoids electrostatic between the circuit board and the LCD panel on the LCD TV). I work based on cost reduction targets by fiscal year and by quarter.
