Description
A program analyst with extensive and wide experience in USG Foreign aid administering multi-million-dollar humanitarian programs, including agriculture and natural resources management, food security, private sector development, democracy and governance, rule of law, human rights, conflict mitigation and reconciliation, disaster relief, education, health, HIV/AIDS, resilience, and gender. Extensive multi-cultural and management experience with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Both USPSC consulting and full-time experience in program and project development, management, and evaluation, organizational assessment, and strategy development in Senegal, Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan. Helped lead program operations units in five USAID Missions and shared responsibility for program strategy, budget planning, allocating and managing annual program budget, and monitoring and reporting on program performance. Well-tested diverse multi-cultural situations, teams, and organizations.
