6 years of heavy trial and litigation experience, 11 years of solid management and corporate counsel work for a major NASDAQ savings bank, 5 years as a minority principal in two unsuccessful hi-tech ventures for which I nonetheless learned invaluable business lessons, 4 years as general legal counsel for state government agency that regulates financal services. My career began with a slow start but quickly accelerated. It appeared to plateau after 15 years, so I took a major risk with entrepreneurship and learned some painful but necessary life lessons. I have spent the last 4 years repairing my legal career through my first professional stint in government. I am at the point now where I bring broad and in-dpeth experience in private practice, the corporate world, the entrepreneurial world, and government. Having seen it all,I feel I am in my prime years now to be an ideal, effective attorney and counselor for a variety of different enterprises in my core fields of expertise.
