COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern: I am interested in the following position as a Certified Phlebotomist. I am up to date on vaccinations and current on CPR/AED through American Heart Association. I have been in the medical field for the past 10 years advancing positions with continuous education and expansion of my experience. I have worked in various setting from hospitals, nursing homes and private residents using all certifications. I am comfortable working with a team or individually. Working as a phlebotomist at Memorial Health and Emory Hospital, I was able to master drawing labs from adverse patients such as pediatrics, cancer, "hard sticks", and elderly. While at Piedmont Hospital, I used all my skills performing ECGs, phlebotomy, and patient interaction explaining the course of day for receiving an organ transplant. I concentrated on home health care for two years then refreshed my skills and began working as a medical assistant at InShape Weight Loss Center. I have successfully completed Microbiology, Pathology, and Nursing Fundamentals at Bauder College through Kaplan ADN program. I am experienced and nationally certified by National Medical Licensing Association in the following: Medical Assisting expiration 2018 Phlebotomist expiration 2018 Electrography expiration 2018.
