Legal/Licensing Compliance Manager
I am currently the Compliance Manager of Morton’s Steakhouse and responsible for preparing, filing/renewing and maintaining a database of more than 600 liquor and other related licenses, as required by law for Morton’s 77 Steakhouses. I am also responsible for the timely filing of the annual reports of our 122 corporations. My position involves confidential and time sensitive information. I maintain ongoing communication with local and state regulatory agencies to ensure compliance at all times. I am highly organized and able to multi-task responsibilities. I have an excellent working relationship with our general counsel, senior management, a network of outside legal counsel worldwide and our restaurant managers and staff. I am Paralegal Certified.
