Others can say what they want. Nevertheless, one can only build great projects that satisfy the client and employer by Keeping and following original schedule (turnover date), budget, with no fines, no safety violations, no injuries, keeping policies, keeping regulations, OSHA safety, building codes, etc only comes by implementing great teamwork, highest of standards (Morals, Integrity, and Character), requiring only superior craftsmanship from all trades, and following approved building plans and specs. In my opinion to build outside these standards will only bring confusion, disaster, and very disappointing projects. I have learned from every team member in my years in construction (employer, project manager, team, and projects) realizing I need to be more meticulous in selecting my next employer. I am not looking to lower my standards but to raise them even higher. Accepting employment just to have a paycheck ha sonly failed me in my past. I am seeking that one great employer. It makes no difference what excuses a superintendent has it is always the superintendents fault. Besides companies that operate outside my high standards, only fail. The main issue here is I am seeking the exceptional national commercial retail general contractor. I plan to work for this very special employer building greatest satisfying projects until I retirement or die. I bring 40yrs experience in construction with the last 13yrs specializing in commercial retail tenant build-out, fit-out, demo – remodeling, ground-up, flagship, high-end, fast-past, standard projects, new and existing Malls throughout the United States as the project superintendent over all field operations. I believe in serving my employer with all I have only second to God. Having no wife or children allows me to stay onsite from start to completion. I have never taken off even sick. My responsibilities are many on any given project but employer and client are only second to God. These same project responsibilities include many things to sum it up and make it short there any and everything that comes up on my assign project. This is the meaning of all field operations responsibility. I need no supervising only support and proper authority. I am seeking that one great national retail general contractor to employ me as their traveling superintendent until I retire or die. I never ask others to do anything I want not do myself! I refuse to manipulate others for any reason. After employment, I will become a company man representing them as their traveling onsite superintendent representative enforcing company policies becoming a team member.
