Most of my Career has involved 1st hand Customer Service. I have learned how to work with people in many situations to complete goals. My current job involves Customer service, but less on ONE on ONE service. Working in Broadcast Television is a different way of providing customer service, by making sure we provide a good product, that being a Newscast or Program that informs or entertains our customer. I do still work one on one customer service in a part-time position for a Theater facility which provides touring Broadway shows and other productions. I am responsible for make sure that each and every persons experience in our Theater is a good one.

In another Part-time Theater job, I am a Floor Manager, which is the interem House Manager For the theater of the Prodution I may me working which include rentals, REP Theater, and Broadway Tour Shows.
