there was a time when i was working for a inventory company,one of the company trainers did not show for work and on that same day we had just got a new employee,since i had the most experience it was left up to me to do the training,although that was my first time i did a good job and became a trainer.while being a trainer i had to work lots of overtime and could not miss any days of work or else the company would be in the same situation as before.
