Concrete Superintendent/Foreman, Houston TX

I became part of this industry back in 2006 as a day laborer. Within 6 months, I became an assistant superintendent, and then superintendent of Nationwide Concrete. I later transferred into the office as an estimator, then bid and sold jobs, and received all LOIs. I have a diverse set of skills that range from selling work, being able to cut costs without sacrificing the quality of work, and working out in the field. I have had multiple jobs including: Nationwide Concrete, American Concrete, Minuteman Building Services, and 290 Grass. I even started working at Minuteman for free at first, simply because I was passionate about the industry and wanted to learn the trade. I take ownership and pride in my work and enjoy truly seeing the finished product. I also know what it feels like to be a laborer because I have been in their shoes, so I know what it takes to get the job done. I am a hard worker with a strong work ethic, 5 years of experience, and I speak some Spanish. I would like to be part of a company long-term where I can contribute, continue to learn, and sharpen my skills.
