During my twelve years of experience, I have honed the skills necessary to succeed in these positions. I am experienced in the management of the operating room, sterile processing and materials/Inventory departments and proficient with supervision, instrumentation, inventory and equipment. In my last position as operating room manager/Material Manager for several ambulatory surgery centers, I succeeded in reducing our materials costs by working hands-on with the inventory, vendors and our purchasing department providing education while streamlining our ordering process.
