My goal is to enter in a management role as Supervisor in support to the maintenance department at a nuclear power plant or Fossile generation power plant. I would be able to use my experience as an Auxillary Operator and Tool Custodian in excituting tool and maintenance control that provides efficiancy and corrective actions. The past requirements placed on me will be passed on to the work force in effort to miniumize outages and improve system performance. My expirence as a purchasing agent and safety coordinator will be important to keep cost low employees safet and equipment available in a timely mannor.
