I have 30+ year as a Auto and Heavy Equipment Mechanic as well running a Mechanic shop. MRAP Trained and Certified; Maxx Pro, RG-33L, HAGA, Caiman, FPIs Cougar, ILAV, JERRVE, OGPK Installation, Rhino/Rhino Brackets, Certified Trainer and Instructor; Allison Transmissions, Tough Book Operations, Technical Manuals/ETMs, Troubleshoot Engines, Frag 5 and 7 Armor Trained, Turret Diagnosis and Repair, Fire Suppression System Installation, Light/Medium/Heavy Vehicle Repair, FSR/Instructor, Depot Maintenance Work Requests (DMWRs), Shop Work Orders, Work Requests, Scope of Works, Air Conditioning Systems, STE-ICE M1/FVS Test Sets, Electronic Quality Assurance Test Equipment (EQUATE), Electric/Acetylene Welding, Hand/Power Tools, ASE Certified Technician, RDF Environment Air Inspection A/C Unit FSR/Instructor Effectively teach classes on multiple MRAP vehicles in Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, for operators, maintenance and other military personnel, on a broad array of issues, including preventive maintenance and personnel safety issues. Tasked to perform suspension upgrades on MAXXPRO Dash MRA, vehicle inspections to ensure meeting QC standards, repair any damage from transit activities and make any other needed repairs in support of delivering a fully-operational vehicle to the owning unit. Diagnose any problems in the tire inflation, ABS, diesel engine, HVAC, transmission, fuel, lighting and ignition systems and replace worn/broken parts, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of MRAP vehicles. Additionally, provide instruction on equipment troubleshooting and use of schematics, specialized tools, proper parts and diagnostic manuals.
