Due to the failing Housing Market I am forced to look into other areas of employment. I Have successfully run several business's. I have experience with blueprints and drawings. I have supervised and directed as many as 20 plus people to safely and successfully meet expected goals and deadlines. I have extensive background in obtaining materials and equipment as necessary. I am a well versed manger of people to keep everyone at work and getting the job done. I always keep myself and everyone trained and informe of MSDS and OSHA regulations. I desire a position where I can use my experience and drive to do a beyond satisfactory job and keep those I report to continually informed as to relieve them of any questionable instances and relieve them of burdens that can be handled before a problem arises.
